Organisation

This truck can be used for grouping and installing all the equipment and tooling necessary for changing Mecanique Energetique shock absorbers and springs. This stable and consistent truck is necessary for ensuring methodical work.

Tool and gear truck

This specific workstation is especially designed to serve in an organized and methodical manner the replacement of shock absorbers and Mc Pherson type or similar "on vehicle integrated" suspension springs.

It is made of:

	shock absorber gear truck
	quick acting screw vise for 180° reversible strut
	universal extension for spring replacement
	plate support on panel
	M90 compressor and set of plates

Detailed description of the station

It is a two sided workstation. One of the sides is for receiving specific tools used for replacing the shock absorbers, while the other is intended for receiving specific tools for changing the springs. It is made using a casing mounted on wheels, equipped with perforated lower and upper support panels.

The lower panel can accept the 12 sets of 2 plates of the kit. The upper panel is reserved for small tooling, M90 compressor and documentations.
The 40 mm thick working area is divided into two double sided separate zones. The station complements the M90 range. It can also be subject to progressive, modular equipment.
