Beginning in 1990, willing to diversify its production, Mecanique Energetique studied, developed, and filed patents for special tools designed for automotive customer support services, and more particularly the very specific area of interventions in the front gear and suspension, especially the replacing of shock absorbers.

This diversification earned a position as a specialist in that industry.
